Packing List

  • 1 suitcase and 1 garment bag which will be placed under the bus during traveling; Note regarding luggage: You will be responsible for carrying your own luggage, so only pack what you can carry.
  • 1 small “carry-on” bag and pillow for bus (all carry-on items should fit in this bag!)
  • Formal outfit—to be placed in your garment bag (please label your garment bag)
    girls: black dress, pantyhose, black shoes
    guys: tux shirt, bow tie, cuff links, button covers, cummerbund, black pants, black socks, black shoes, undershirt
  • Casual outfits—Genesis polo, nice-looking khaki pants, capris, or shorts (knee-length); Tour T-shirt—this will be distributed on tour
  • Several sets (7-8) of nice, clean summer outfits and undergarments (nothing revealing or offensive)
  • Several sets (up to 2) of work clothes (long pants required) and work shoes (closed-toe shoes required)...we will be doing mission work Tuesday & Wednesday at an inside location — please pack appropriate outfits
    • Monday: Clean, comfortable clothes
    • Tuesday: Work clothes/Tour T-Shirt and clean, comfortable shorts
    • Wednesday: Work clothes/Tour Polos and Khakis
    • Thursday: Tour Polos and Khakis
    • Friday: Tour T-Shirt and clean, comfortable shorts
    • Saturday: Clean, comfortable clothes
    • Sunday: Formal Outfits/Clean, comfortable clothes
    • Monday: Clean, comfortable clothes
  • Bathing suit and sunblock (nothing revealing or offensive... girls, this means a tankini or one-piece suit); Beach towel
  • Toiletries items (especially deodorant!)
  • Bible and pen or pencil
  • Watch
  • Cell Phone, Calling card to call home (if youth carry cell phones, phones will remain on the bus during concerts; if cell phone use becomes disruptive or excessive, cell phones will be remain with the chaperones).
